Assessment

This first step includes the qualification of the processes to be outsourced; the definition of goals; quantifying the resources and create a schedule.

Creation

This step includes writing the procedures; setting up IT tools; training the teams and Management of the phase-in / phase-out.

Test

This is the pre-production stage aka “staging”. The processes are validated. The work begins with a rise in workload. The qualitative and quantitative objectives are checked. The project is delivered to the customer.

Production

This is the stationary phase of the project. The reports are done on a regular basis. Monitoring is done and processes are adapted as needed. The size of the team is adapted to the actual workload.
