SNDa is a player in the development of Armenia. Paying a living wage, helps to participate in the growth of the middle class in Yerevan. It also improves the overall level of satisfaction of our teams, which translates into more effectiveness.
“Our goal is to give our customers an outsourced service better than if they had an internal team and at very competitive prices. To achieve it, we count on the loyalty of our employees. To ensure that, we do everything from a financial point of view and in terms of working environment. The low employee turn-over allows us to have specialists for each of our clients.”
